Default New Landscape idea (High lvl Jungle)

Bare with me here & if this is in the wrong section can the Mod's please move it to the right place Topic say's game ideas but most are prof's etc so sorry in advance.

Now im a biggie on quality ingame graphics and GW has by far the best, but i notice alot of baron wasteland the further on in the game you get, by the time you get to Torment its like Anet gave the landscape dept the rest of the time off & just painted everything grey for good measure.

I had this idea while chilling out with my ranger in Maguuma Jungle area apart from Pre-Searing Ascalon the jungle must take second place for its Visual looks & creatures (for the level of players at the fist time of entering the area). People have most of there worst experiences there whilst leveling up in the jungle section that to have an area like this higher up in a game hopefully ANet would give these ideas some thought.

'A High Level Jungle area'

Picture those great movies like Anaconda / The Predator and dare i say it Star Wars 'return of the jedi' these are my insperations on this subject. Where most ideas are asking for an entire game change this is just for a location higher up in the map, A Sorrows Furnace type area but Jungle based that would have lvl 24-28 creatures & hunters ready to own anyone that enters there domain.

Enemies would consist of:

1) Giant snakes or 'Snake Caves' with necro or mesmer spells/ poisonous bite and other Vamp skills maybe.

2) Tiger's or Jaguar's stalking stragglers in your team with cripple & bleed type skills "your all alone" etc.

3) Warrior Hunters (lvl 24-28) that set ambush type traps that when trigered by a player would have some kind or ranger type effect be it cripple or poison etc then get set upon.

4) Enviroment effects like Rock slides if you fight in some areas, Quicksand to slow movement, poison vines in thick undergrowth, forest fires if too much fire magic is used (that last one sounds a bit bias to ele's but its an idea of 'actions that cause effects on the enviroment)

5) Ancient cities embedded in mountain sides with lots of dangers inside or Cities in Giant trees (thats the starwars bit )

You can have Bosses in either the jungle areas or in the ancient cities that you party has to fight there way too with lost of rare materials & the new hidden treasures you now have maybe to keep up the interest.

If i could choose a location now on Nightfall i would have made the 'poison outcrops the jungle area as there is pretty much nothing there, just a few quests for people that are mapping, A location like that is what i mean by higher up in the game.

So what do you think? give me some feed

Nice idea, but given the overall setting for Nightfall, a jungle region doesn't seem to fit in so well. Maybe as a high-level area for one of the upcoming campaigns. I like the monster ideas though, pretty interesting. Maybe the snakes get some constriction type skills too.

Just FYI (no offense meant) it's "barren". (and "bear with me" too).

I think beauty is a very subjective thing. What you claim as barren wasteland, I see as thought-provoking. I simply love the scenery after Vabbi. Istan was nice, Kourna was ok, Vabbi was splendid, Desolation was wonderful, and Torment was simply lovely.

Lol my spelling is not the best sorry, i agree the graphics are great in those areas i was trying to sell the jungle idea more the landscapes are great from a 'stand back & look' point of view (no pun intended) its just i know Anet are as good at the more concentrated enviroments too which i feel is lost in this chapter but great job none the less.
